Gary Becks | Principal

Gary founded Corporate Benefit Planning in 1987. After graduating from  University of Missouri-Columbia, he worked at a local CPA firm for 3 years. He decided to use his accounting background to gain a position as a partner at an insurance and benefit firm until branching off on his own. 

Gary is passionate about educating  clients about retirement, financial planning, and estate planning. He is client-centered and holds a 30-year record of delivering high-quality solutions for his clientele. 

Donna Becks | Principal

Donna began her career with CBP in 1987 as an office manager. When the business expanded, she took over a lead sales role for the health insurance portion of the business. Today she is an expert on health and dental insurance as well as Medicare. 

Donna is  committed to giving her clients personalized attention and assistance, especially when it comes to navigating complex benefit coverage plans. She enjoys working with elderly clients.

Stephanie Bechard | Principal

Stephanie started her first career as an educator.  Taking 25 years of experience in education and managing educational finance, she began working in 2026 with CBP, Inc. applying her experience and knowledge to their agency.

Stephanie has become dedicated to ensuring clients continue to be informed about their choices when in comes to insurance, financial planning and planning for their future.
